On one hand, the national environment-friendly new energy boiler had not widely acknowledged by customers, and the market application foreground was not lucid yet; on the other hand, there had been over 700 boiler enterprises in China. Almost all factories were on edge of deficit with fierce competition. While on the aspect of technology, the company improved the boiler structure, increased combustion control performance. The welding of core components adopted automatic equipment and would undergo first-class NDT method in order to assure the quality of the boiler. From the aspect of production equipments, the company brought in world advanced large NC cutting machine, welding robot, large rolling machine, precision lathe, large sand-blasting machine, non-leakage X-ray NDT equipment and other world advanced equipments to meet the manufacture needs. From the aspect of product structure, the company adopts multi-energy forms according to customer requirements, from liquefied petroleum gas, city coal gas, natural gas to electric energy. Shuangliang Boiler Company will put out reliable products in the shortest time. From the year 2005, Shuangliang Boiler Company continuously developed Coal-water mixture boilers, coke oven gas fired boilers, blast furnace gas fired boilers, especially large scale waste heat boilers, which was the symbol that Shuangliang Boiler is on the way of manufacturing large & super-large boiler products. During the ten years, Shuangliang Boiler Co., Ltd has gained 2 national invention patents and 18 national practical new type patents, which made Shuangliang Boiler Co., Ltd worthy of the leader of the same industry. Lofty Ambitions of Shuangliang Boiler Although fierce competition still exists in domestic boiler industry, Shuangliang Boiler Co., Ltd set higher, more correct and practical aims by its own unique core technology and market exploitation capacity. Mr. Gao:I have had a deep feeling that it is most difficult to do innovations in the old industry. There are so many factors to decide the survival & development of enterprise and every factor should not be ignored or carelessly dealt with. During the process of development, the company has formed great influence in the high-end market. It is not so easy and this can not happen without the strong support of Shuangliang Group and endeavors of all staff of the company. Reporter:From the point of development, what should the company do at present? Mr. Gao:Higher standards & more strict requirements. In fact, Shuangliang Boiler is now facing great pressure: In the inner side of Shuangliang Group, it realized hop expansion through starting second business. The aim of this year is to reach 10 billion assets, which requires quicker developing step for Shuangliang Boiler Co., Ltd. From outside, there are fierce competitions in boiler market, with continuous increase of raw material cost and reduction of profit space, the existent pressure is also great. Therefore, we have to do the following three things well：First is to prepare R & D storage of technology, and create differential living space through new products, new technologies and new markets. Second is to prepare talent storage in order to strengthen competition of market, assure enough purchase order, improve working environment and consolidate market agglomeration.
